The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Walnut Cove is the only course in the history of the PGA TOUR to open in tournament-ready conditions. It debuted on April 27, 2005, in conjunction with the 2005 BMW Charity Pro-Am at The Cliffs, the premier event on the Nationwide Tour, in a private exhibition match between designer and golf legend Jack Nicklaus and friend of The Cliffs, celebrity actor Kevin Costner.

The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course at Walnut Cove has already accumulated numerous accolades, including being described as "perfect", "flawless", and "somewhere between great and spectacular" by Nationwide Tour professionals.

Three exclusive home collections are now available at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove: The Meadow, with Enclave residences (from $1.3 Million) and Estate homes (from $2.3 Million), the Millstream Collection, available in one-, two- or three-story designs (from $1.7 Million), and the Village Townhomes, located at the heart of the Club Village.

The Cliffs at Walnut Cove will feature a Club Village atmosphere that will encompass several quaint facilities.
